WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM JANUS?
In order to meet the unique needs of each client, Janus Design offers different levels of corporate interior design service.Introductory Level service supports clients who would like interior design consultation only. This basic level covers targeted interior design work that is straightforward, with payment made at the time of service.
Larger, more complex design projects necessitate Advanced Design Services. These involve formal design plans ranging from purchase orders for custom acquisitions, to Letters of Agreement, and retainers, with clients being invoiced monthly.
WHAT ARE THE USUAL FEES?
Janus offers corporate interior design consulting services $125.00 per hour, with a two-hour minimum for the first visit. For additional consultations, there is a one-hour minimum charge. For clients located outside the greater Houston area there is an additional travel charge of $40.00. Payment is requested at the time of service for small commercial interiors projects. Larger, more involved commercial design interiors projects require a Letter of Agreement and retainer, and will be invoiced monthly.It is the goal of Janus Design to meet your needs in a fast, cost effective and efficient manner. It is best to meet at your location when solving design problems. Scheduled pre-paid phone/e-mail consultations and/or shopping for custom purchases and other acquisitions can be arranged to meet your needs.
